TERRIBLE Leadership. They preach their values but don't live up to them. IF you can find Kyle, he rarely has time for you unless you are being written up or let go. The culture is broken, the moral is incredibly low, and praise for good performance is few and far between. Favoritism is perceived as the Leadership's best practice.
