Pros

Once you are an associate and/or shareholder, the compensation is obscene. If it were earned, it would not be so obscene, but many of the people who reach this level did so out of pure tenure, not by merit.

Kontras

See above. Very few people in this company deserve to be where they are in seniority and compensation. Hatch and upper management are asleep at the wheel.
