Some managers are so helpful they will guide you, provide valuable feedback how you can move above from your current band. In some project you will get good colleagues who will help irrespective of doubt.

- Company politics, once you are in bench, they will add you in random training irrespective of your choice and they won't give project based on that. - In most of the project favouritism is happening no matter how you perform they will give some random feedback and tell you are not upto the mark and won't give your deserved feedback and promotion. - HR policy need to improved, when these kinds of favouritism and all HR need to look into the core of the issue instead of they will support project and manager. Sometime when you need them in govt work like you won't get any help.
