5yHi, thanks for making the effort to share your perspective though it is super negative. It sounds like you didn't have a good experience at Hashedin. No organization can always get everything right and ours is no different but we are constantly trying to learn and improve. People might appreciate hearing our perspective, so sharing it here:
- Involuntary exits( which are very minimal) happen when someone is not able to perform or not meeting the band specifications/job expectations even after providing training and time to prove oneself. The right expectation is set and employees from the day of joining.
- We have a standard evaluation process for everyone and there is no discrimination between freshers and laterals. In fact, there is no good reason to do that.
