We have a Career Advisor process and a well-defined Career Roadmap in place to nullify the politics and biases during the performance appraisals. We have a very scientific performance appraisal process to give timely feedback on strengths/weaknesses. We spend around 3-4 weeks to do the performance evaluation that too every 6 months, which means there is a lot of emphasis given to make sure that we do justice to all the hard work that employees put in. Looks like you are in HashedIn for quite a less time and so is the misconception that the performance rating depends solely on manager’s feedback which is not true.
