Writing this review month since I left HI and joined some other organisation. 1) Thing I liked most about HI is HU. I experienced it both as trainee and trainer. It was an awesome experience being part of HU where you will get to learn so many things just in span of 1-2 months. 2) Freedom and ownership, these are the two things that any employee will like to have while working and HI provide this. 3) Awesome and approachable leadership team. 4) Free food 5) Fun - I think HI is too good at it.
