- We got monitored online using app that automatically screen capture what we saw in our PC and analyzed it. If there an offline meeting and we surely have to time to do something with our PC, we have to replace so the software can detect the same hour as required. (I don't like that approach)

- Very high pressure with not so good compensation. - Messy workflow. - They hire a mid-level devs but expect them to perform like seniors with salary of a mid-level devs. If you don't perform as they expect you to be, they will subjectively give you SP. - Bad communications across different teams.
