The team of cashiers and customer service close were very friendly with each other. Our customer service manager would even organize social events outside of work.

Some of the downsides of working at Harris Teeter would be the lack of a system to make it easier to ask off for work, check your schedule, and get your shifts covered. This should be relatively easy to implement but is not in place.
