Racial profiling was 100 percent a big problem within most of my Yeras of working for this company. I witness so many Black customers get followed throughout the store within their shopping experience and they had no clue. I have also witnessed many black employees being a victim of racial profiling as well. It was bad that it made me sick to my stomach to have to witness such things on a daily basis.
