Overall, the company as a whole really did have some good programs in place for their employer. I like the company values and goals that were in place to ensure success for all of the stores.
Kontras
Management really lack training and ability to manage employees. I witnessed several incidence in which employees were blamed for situations and were fired based on customer feedback (disgruntled) and/or employee gossip. High level of favoritism and low level fairness in decisions effecting grocery staff. Finally, you can never count your weekly pay because the hours were constantly cut.
