They offer good pay to incoming management but if you work your way up, your pay pales in comparison.

Impossible expectations. If you're good at your job, you're stuck at your job...why advance someone who's good at what they do? Little regard to personal life...you have to live and breath the job. The more you know, the more you are expected to do regardless if it is your department. Promote team work but never follow through.
