Company has high standards and strives to be the best in the industry. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement and extensive training programs to develop associates.

Kontras

Company is currently experiencing high turnover because of an extreme push to control labor and not allowing overtime. The work environment is becoming more hostile due to the pressure put on management to execute company initiatives while still maintaining standards. Ultimately a good associate will want to do more and be better and if they can’t get that out of their company they will find one where they can.

Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

Kontras

Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
