Pros

2 bonus checks a year, room for advancement, starts off higher than minimum wage with a 10 cent raise every bonus check. fast advancement, ive seen a couple cashiers go from cashier to CSM in less than 6 months. dont know if this is pro or con but hours range from 17-30 a week, a huge difference when you rely on the job to pay bills a lot of health benefits to choose from for part timers, extensive training courses

Kontras

managers play favorites and lie, unfair treatment to employees. hours are getting cut a lot while hiring a lot of new people at the same time as cutting hours as soon as good managers come in to the store they get transferred and switched out by new ones constantly on call days, which means you are scheduled to call in at a certain time on a day, which in turn means you cant plan to do anything for the day before the time you have to call because they will more than likely call you instead and tell you to come in before the time you were originally supposed to call in. this works with after the call in time as well, if you call in at the time you are supposed to expect to work later that day or as soon as you can get there.

Pros

Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

Kontras

Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
