Pros

Pay is much better than other similar companies - ( varies some by location due to bonus structure ) Decent benefits A fair number of fun people.

As is the case with almost all retail you sacrifice sleep,health,family and peace of mind for a solid paycheck. I've done this for over 18 years with 3 companies and this one by far is the worst for driving their employees to the point of exaustion in the name of a buck.Hours keep getting reduced while conditions are expected to stay the same.Heaven help you if you fail one of a half dozen or so audits or fail to complete a checklist ( thats a documentable offense ) Stores in my area routinely sell in excess of 700k per week but run 5 hours over budgeted labor and and expect a "discussion point" What a crock.
