I want to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I don't have a time machine but wish we could go back and address the issues you bring up here. Each of your business units has autonomy to make decisions at the business unit level. Harris is the parent company that supports and guides but does not dictate how our business are run or who is hired/terminated unless our values have been breached. In regards to your comments on our Covid response I just went back and read memo and memo from our CEO. This is direct quote from one of those internal memo sent to all employees from our CEO:
"The uncertainties resulting from Covid-19 continue to dominate the personal and professional realities for many of us. A common strategy for dealing with any uncertainty is to try and reduce or eliminate its cause, allowing one to return to a more comfortable, familiar, or predictable state. Unfortunately, the pandemic is not cooperating. We must instead be pragmatic and focus on what we can control or influence.
In September we had communicated that no one was required to return to one of our offices nor travel for business through 2020. Given the pandemic’s likely trajectory, we have decided to extend this date through to July 1, 2021.
Does this mean that you cannot return to an office or travel for business? No - what it means is that the choice to do so rests with you and your family."
