We would like to clarify one point regarding layoffs. Harnham has not undertaken company-wide layoffs as described in this review. The only workforce reduction in our recent history occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, when widespread hiring freezes across the technology sector significantly impacted market demand. At that time, we unfortunately had to reduce a number of entry-level positions in response to those unprecedented market conditions. This took place approximately six years ago and has not been repeated since.
