Great small team (you can take real ownership of the tasks you have and you are encouraged to take on tasks outside of your specific role in order to help move the whole team forward) so you develop new skills very quickly and have an opportunity to challenge how things are done and experiment with new ideas and alternative solutions. You get to wear a lot of hats, and so find out what you are best at/most interested in. As a small start up you have a chance to shape the culture rather than try and adjust to an established one.
