Great brands, awesome people, great exposure to the whole store if you are looking for experience within CPG. Reasonable pay and vacation (rating compensation a 3 due to bonus payout).
Kontras
No work life balance! Expect to work evenings and weekends to get the job done. Crazy turn-over and no job security. Many of the managers are "yes men" rather than true leaders. Don't expect support, clear direction or couching. The company focus is internal rather than external. Bonus, here's the scoop on that - "don't count on it... if you get it, it's just that; a bonus".
