      Pros

      They pay a lot of emphasis on fostering a good culture in the company and I must say that they are quite successful at it, as most of the people in the org are amazing to work with and the brand also has good recognition in the market and also the management is diverse and dynamic and the company aims to keep up with the constant change in the market with a lot of new ideas and innovative solutions. The salary is also quite decent

      Since its a start-up, there's no set/defined processes in place for everything. still in the "figuring out" stage. Unconscious/conscious bias exists but this depends on the manager to manager

      Fast paced, no cap, emerging technology and enterprise clients. COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE.

      Pros

      There is no cons working for this company. It's the worst experience anyone could ever have.

      There are so many cons that it's difficult to list all of them. The CEO likes to roam around and tell others to do work. Absolutely has no skills. The CTO likes to roam around women, gives them stares and call them out regarding their relationship status in their monthly meetings called "All Hand" (which is again a huge waste of time) It's a poor experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
