      Thanks for the response but I would appreciate if you can shed some more light on the feedback. Smooth onboarding of new joiners is one of our top most priorities and we are trying to make it as seamless as possible. So if you have had a different experience then I would love to discuss with you and work on fixing things. If you can elaborate your feedback then it will really help us to improve ourselves. I assure that your feedback will be acted upon and we will put our best efforts to fix anything that is going wrong

      Pros

      There is no cons working for this company. It's the worst experience anyone could ever have.

      There are so many cons that it's difficult to list all of them. The CEO likes to roam around and tell others to do work. Absolutely has no skills. The CTO likes to roam around women, gives them stares and call them out regarding their relationship status in their monthly meetings called "All Hand" (which is again a huge waste of time) It's a poor experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
