Pros
Decent Pay, variety of work, you'll always be busy and have something to do. Benefits are pretty nice, and you get pretty much ans much hours as you want. Great place to learn how to use a workflow if you never have before. You get given a lot of responsibility and aren't held back from doing what you think as best as long as you prove you can make competent decisions.
Kontras
Not a lot of PTO, low PTO cap. Schizophrenic work style, management will have you go one way on a project for three days, then decide on that fourth day to do an about face on the whole deal and go the opposite direction, wondering why you weren't doing that the whole time. Also, design has a tendency to dump new products and improvements onto us in a continuous stream, so there is very little time to react and you live reactively instead of getting to plan for new things. This, paired with trash master models for all the products, makes building machines very laborious.
