Good team, supportive management, kind (local) higher ups, good benefits and bonuses, organized company. Opportunity for advancement and education.
Kontras
Occasional office drama, short staffed in the service department, ie. large volume of work with unrealistic expectations given to agents from higher ups which creates unnecessary stress to workers. It is do-able but this problem causes burn-out which could be avoidable if more service staff were hired.
