      Pros

      Small company. They had a great training program at one time. They pay 100% for company health insurance.

      Kontras

      The culture of the company leaves much to be desired. There is a problem with communication in this company and a definite divide between the hourly workers and the salaried employees. This drives moral down and contributes to the inability to be one of the best in the business.

      New management team is turning the culture around. They care about you as an employee but also as a person. Still plenty of room to grow in the market.

      The HQ office in Poland needs to let the US Subsidiary have more autonomy as the best know the US marketplace.
