Small company. They had a great training program at one time. They pay 100% for company health insurance.

The culture of the company leaves much to be desired. There is a problem with communication in this company and a definite divide between the hourly workers and the salaried employees. This drives moral down and contributes to the inability to be one of the best in the business.
