Good pay good hours the owner is amazing

I Love's my job today

Not much good to say. Air conditioning works well.

Very little training or communication. Rude, pushy and asking too much of staff members. Snide and abrupt responses to questions, promises never met, scapegoating and always disorganized and time spent fixing messes from years ago. Office is a wreck, papers everywhere. No protocol followed, much is done by the seat of our pants.
