      Good collegues and supportive collegues. Good environment between collegues.

      I had a very disappointing experience due to extremely poor managment.managment display un professional and unethical behavior, including clear misconduct and a lack of accountability. Even more concerning, there were attemps to manipulate facts and distort the truth when issues rise. This reflects a serious problem within the managment structure and a lack of integrity in hanlding staff issues. I would not recommend dealing with this organization unless significant chance are made to the managment.

      - Late EPF payments, sometimes delayed up to three months - Very low salary, with no bonus - No yearly increment, only certain departments receive increments, while others may go up to 4-5 years without any - Too many old/senior making it challenging to introduce change or new ideas - Some senior staff display toxic behaviour, practising favouritism and bypassing company policies and procedures due to their seniority - Medical benefits are minimal - Very high turnover - traditional way of working Overall, not suitable for young professionals seeking growth and development.
