      Good work culture and nice people Not hectic ( It depends on your team ) > 1L bonus every year based on performance

      Kontras

      fixed hike from 10-20 % too much process and less technical work unequal salary for similar roles ( people with same roles have different salary )

      Pros

      Paid great money until they were caught for predictors lending. Legally,they hoy a slap in the wrist, but they were fined heavily.i would work for them again but f given the opportunities. They had awesome company trips as well.
