Remote / flexible working so you can stay at home and avoid facing colleagues IRL.

Pay is not good enough. Gossipy. Uninspired, lazy culture. People content with a decent salary with zero passion for what they do. Condescending HR who do not know enough about business units yet will try and control career development and lecture you about things they dont begin to understand. Will suck the passion and life out of you, while wasting your potential. Legacy employees unwilling to open to feedback or different perspectives. Not remotely as international and diverse as they claim to be. They mostly outsource work to India because it’s cheaper.
