Slightly higher-then-average pay. Good medical benefits. Having work from home policies. Better than market retirement scheme.

Bad culture in software development. Developers and the team are not respected. Unreasonable schedule which is real frustrating and take extended overtime from time to time. Zero teamwork, staff work only under order and not proactive. Trying to adapt Agile methodology but turnout that it is segmented waterfall, staff in the department were not able to change their mindset.
