From promotions to even getting a gate pass - Senior management is clueless, un approachable and all they do is satisfy their massive egos. - HR being the weakest link. They hardly would come out and support you incase you need any help. - No check on promotions, same set of people get two promotions in four years, whereas there is no promotion in the team.
