Want to feel like part of government red tape (for simple things at least n hundreds approvals over a period of 6 months is required) or feel like part of army("You do what you are told to do"), then this is the place for you. Want to work in the world's most SUB/NON-STANDARD technologies, then this is the place for you. Want to work in a place where you will be the only single developer level guy being led by at least 10 managers, then this is the place for you. We take pride in patting our own back to make this the "best place to work" although we do not have any clue as to how or what other "best place to work" companies do for employees. "Impossible Deadlines !!!!", well you just have to make it possible and yes the tools that you are or will be using to meet that impossible deadline is against some "dusting/archaic" rule of Company and hence you cannot use and if you are using it on sly, we will take disciplinary action against you as its a clear case of compliance violation.
