The money was good while it lasted, but as soon as they implemented a rating system that meant that someone within every team had to be rated as a "low" all confidence for management vanished.
Kontras
Poor rating system. Poor training. Zero cross training. After 7 years with HSBC I am still unable to find a job within the IT industry because HSBC took no effort to train me to do anything but my day-today job. Very little room to move between departments or gain new experience.
