      The HSBC contact centre was a great place to work, it had a really fun, upbeat atmosphere and the office was vibrant and nicely decorated.

      The shift pattern may not be to some peoples taste, and on a busy day the workload could be tough.

      Pros

      Paid great money until they were caught for predictors lending. Legally,they hoy a slap in the wrist, but they were fined heavily.i would work for them again but f given the opportunities. They had awesome company trips as well.
