1)No Onsite opportunity. 2)Salary structure is not up to other IB standard. 3)Very very bad politics 4)Management are narrow minded and purely non-technical. 5)Local Region based partiality - GBM purely support local people and prefer local region people for promotion. 6)management culture is purely party and drink based.
