No pros just all cons You can learn and grow but a healthy environment is not promised.

Toxic work culture. Bias work culture No work life balance at all. No proper training. You're expected to figure everything out yourself from day one. Very unrealistic expectations and impossible deadlines. No clarity on tasks, yet you're expected to deliver perfect results. Poor communication from management. New employees are treated differently from older employees. Management especially Reena openly humiliates and demeans employees instead of giving constructive feedback. No appreciation, only constant criticism. Employees are spoken to disrespectfully on a regular basis. No proper processes or structure in place. Constant pressure and stress. Leadership, especially Reena lacks basic people management skills. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a respectful workplace.
