Pros
HNTB used to be a great company to work for. Their vision and 4 for 4 is brilliant and motivating. Some of the projects are engaging and enjoyable.
Kontras
Upper management are money hogs. They hog the billable hours and make the frontline employees scrounge for hours to justify their timecards. HNTB really rips you off in the end. Within your first year, you get all the praise and glory but then you get pushed aside later in your career. Senior management are not honest with their employees which results in low morale. Many of these employees are very unhappy because their arms are tied behind their backs. No matter how hard you work, they give you a very small raise. They milk you for every information to make themselves look better then lay you off. The worst part, HNTB promotes you to your desired position then they take it away giving the excuse that they had to do this because of 'economics'.
