Micromanagement by supervisors. Unprofessional behavior by supervisors and co-workers. Hazing and bullying by other employees accepted. Employees are not valued, seen as numbers or chess pieces to move to suit a need. Hostile work environment. Not family friendly at all. Pay is below industry average, but management has the attitude that the employees couldn't find a better paying job anywhere else.
