      Non technical staff (with a degree from a 4 year university) are not valued the same as those with a technical degree. Career programs are generally not available to those in non technical roles.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
