Since they were outsourced to Sri Lanka they do not care about training quality anymore, they are focused on fulfilling jobs without qualification from the new hires, poor English level, messy recruitment and poor management of the workforce. It is only matter of time for the operations to go down having and hiring such poor workforce (of course the payment in Sri Lanka is sooo low, no quality work can be expected with such low salary).
