Work from home all the time which is good but, bad for no communication with colleagues

1. Every single claim has to be monitored closely. Sometimes, approval halfway and taking very long time the support tickets raised only will process for next step. The worst is status completed, but, payment not in bank 2. Offboarding process. After laptop returned earlier , still no approval. from IT and this results delaying last drawn salary. 3. Always no clear direction when need to raise an issue. Even issue raised to wrong category, it is closed without giving explanation and how to choose correct category. Wasting alot of time which is almost every month that need to raise tickets and half is due to application errors.
