Bad experience - racist co-workers and unconcerned managers - Business Analyst bei HCLTech: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Unprofessional employees, felt disjointed from the main organisation, disastrous on boarding process. My managers and supervisors were absolutely unconcerned about me and very unhelpful in learning the job or settling into the new work place. The project got cancelled within 4 months of my joining and company failed to put me and some others on a new project. We were laid off. The company also didn't pay my relocation expenses despite multiple reminders and follow ups. Its like a govt. bureaucracy and a pain to get any work done. HR was extremely unhelpful. I was highly disappointed by how a former employee was treated. There were issues of racism as well.
