Many 1) Since many of the employees are working for clients, the bonus eligible for an employee working for staffing company is not applicable for HCL employees. Salary remains same for almost all contract employees be it from HCL or pure Bodyshop companies. So you are at disadvantage. 2) When a contract employee, works well it’s usually practice that they will be absorbed by client as full time employee.
