Your notice period is 3 months even though you are in the probation period which is hilarious. No time management for work. Culture is not acceptable. Do not respect the Sri Lankan holidays mostly Poya days. You have to work on poya days without a pay. Pay is also low considerably comparing to industrial standards. Offer is, higher position for lower salary.
