Pros
Joined in 2011 as a fresher. Getting project is random and if you are lucky, you will get it on the technology you worked. Or else have to learn new technology and go about it. Was part of support project for three years as there is not much deveiopment projects in the company. Compensation was good. Manager was good(1 in 1000 are good in HCL).
Kontras
Onsite Opportunities are worst. Policies are revised as per the managers wish. If you are lucky, you can go to onsite in a year's time and if not, you wont go in 10 years even if you get consecutive outstanding, perform exceptionally well. If you resign, you are in the enemies lane from manager's perspective. Lots of Brain washers (HR's, Manager's) are there who will tell that they will initiate H1B Visa for you(which will never happen). If you get good offer and resign, kindly go out of the company, dont fall into the trap
