Management cares more about customer then employees, even though customer scolds or abuse employees integrity, even HRs don't support the victim employee 9. Don't accept offer for New Vista locations as you might get stuck there forever 10. New Vista locations are based in Tier 2 cities, and CTC is not negotiated as per market/profile/company standards in these locations
