Pros

- If you need a job, look no further, it pays. - Longevity, worked the position for close to three years. - Standard 8 to 5 - Managers generally let you work your duties with little interruptions.

Kontras

- Reimbursement was slim to none and getting reimbursed was so massive a hassle it was better to eat the cost of a business trip. - No chance at pay increase or upward movement. - Micromanagement to the extreme (Manager, SDM's. ect) - Managers and SDM's did not often keep contact constant unless it would make them look bad. - Company website is woefully dated and archaic, be prepared to spend minutes waiting for pages to either load/crash or run around aimlessly as it is not intuitive. Management will not list where to find things.

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
