Basically, nothing. It used to be a secure employer earlier, but that is not the case now!

Nincompoops can stay securely at HCL if they play their politics well. It is not a place for high performers. The bureaucracy within the company sucks big time. HCL should fire 20% of their staff, closing down all "internal" departments who basically do nothing. Nobody seems to reply to emails at HCL. It very difficult to get anything done.
