High off campus hiring called as Just in time hiring even though they have huge number off campus hired students waiting for Date of Joining. No commitment on their side but expect us to have 100% commitment for the organisation.They say Letter of intent is not valid proof of Employment. Lack of much career opportunities. Training given is negligible most of them are directly put to projects but they still have 1.5 years bond period and 3 month notice period.They say it will help them recover their training cost. Low pay scales and heavy workloads. No good Appraisal system.
