Limited or no communication for onboarding, bench support and upskilling. Limited exposure to the correct people for career opportunities. Lack of caring and support for US employees, just a number until you go on the bench. Took it upon myself to take extraordinary steps to find roles after acquisition to the point of applying externally on HCL site and internally. Worst experience ever in my 25 year career.
