Good organization where you can share your thoughts and speak openly. It has been wonderful 6 years where got a chance to play diferent role. If I look back and see myself what I was and what I today it is mainly an exposure I got here.
Kontras
Decission making is little slower and goes through lot of steps. This is applicable to all kind of decission. I am sure we will improve on this as well in time to come. Other than this I dont see any other cons in the organization.
