3 months notice period, holds 1st-month salary during NP till FNF (90 days + 45 days) without any reason. even no dues are pending from the employee side, the employee does not own any company assets. annual bonus (deducted from CTC) payment done after (1year+ 2 months) and it would be less than 100%. The company earns a good amount of interest from Annual Bonus and Holding Salary by just saying as per policy and paid less than the amount deducted.
